A privacy notice for the prototype stage.
Roast My Resume is currently a Phase A client-side demo. It is designed to demonstrate the interface without collecting live resume data.
What Phase A does
Pasted text stays in the browser interface. This prototype does not send it to AI, analytics, application logs, email, or persistent storage. The displayed roast is based only on fictional sample content.
MVP retention policy placeholder
Before live data collection begins, we will verify every processor's retention and deletion behavior, publish the final retention periods, and explain backup and legal-record limits. Do not rely on this placeholder as a final privacy commitment.
Future product direction
If live processing is enabled, we intend to minimize data, remove contact details where feasible before processing, delete source uploads after extraction, and offer an explicit deletion control. Those plans are not active in Phase A.
